Tasks
- Supporting front-line staff, management and international locations in implementing, advising and monitoring compliance matters
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the global compliance program and global standards
- Collaboration with key stakeholders within the organization, including the CRO division
- Establishing a strong compliance culture to minimize legal, regulatory, sanction and reputational risks
- Review and maintain local policies and procedures as required
- Support with compliance projects, audit preparations and follow-up activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business administration or a related banking subject (preferred)
- Several years of experience in a compliance role, with a focus on digital assets (blockchain, cryptocurrencies, etc.)
- Proven knowledge of digital assets and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Strong organizational, operational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills
