Tasks

• You carry out checks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• You keep up to date with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, in particular through internal and external training courses
• You support the development and updating of internal bank regulations
• They ensure structured and regular reporting to the management and relevant committees
• They impart knowledge through target group-oriented training and content on the intranet

Requirements

• You have a degree with a focus on banking & finance, law, economics or comparable subjects
• You have several years of professional experience in the compliance area of a bank or financial services provider
• You also have practical experience in a control function (compliance, audit, risk management)
• You have a good understanding of legal entities and corporate law structures as well as economic contexts
• As a solution-oriented person with strong communication skills, you can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are a team player
