Senior Consultant / Associate Director in Direct Real Estate Advisory 70–100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Identification and evaluation of residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties (strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities), taking into account the applicable building and zoning regulations throughout Switzerland
• Technical light assessment of the general condition of the building (TDD-Light) taking ESG criteria into account
• Independent project development and scenario assessments
• Preparation of evaluation reports and analyses to support our clients' decision-making processes
• Operating cost analysis and benchmarking
• Analysis of public law restrictions and advice on value added tax
• General customer advice on increasing the value of real estate
• Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing team and Bank Julius Baer
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as participating in trade fairs and customer events
• Cross-selling and customer acquisition in cooperation with Bank Julius Bär

Your profile

• You have an above-average bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, economics, finance, engineering, or a similar field.
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in real estate consulting or architectural studies, including experience in a medium-sized or large company.
• You have a solid knowledge of valuation methods for Swiss real estate.
• You are fluent in German and have an excellent command of English (fluency in a second or third national language is a plus).
• You are structured, precise, have an eye for detail, and can think in an interdisciplinary manner.
• You can present information to an anonymous audience and express your opinion, convey your message, and defend your points of view.
