Senior Consultant

LGT is seeking a Senior Consultant (80%–100%) in Zurich who will be responsible for implementing regulatory requirements in the compensation field and has at least 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills as well as experience in the financial sector.

Your area of responsibility

  • Ensuring compliance with existing regulations and the proper implementation of new regulatory or legal requirements (e.g., CRS, EU Pay Transparency Directive) in the compensation context

Your profile

  • A college degree or advanced training in business administration
  • At least 15 years of solid experience in the field of compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work successfully and independently in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday or other HRIT systems is a plus
