Senior Consultant
LGT is seeking a Senior Consultant (80%–100%) in Zurich with experience in compensation and benefits who can implement regulatory requirements in the compensation field. The ideal candidate holds a university degree, has at least 15 years of professional experience, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with existing regulatory and legal requirements and the proper implementation of new ones (e.g., CRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive) in the area of compensation
Your profile
- A college degree or advanced training in business administration
- At least 15 years of solid experience in the field of compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work successfully and independently in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday or other HR IT systems is a plus
