Tasks

• Support for strategic platform, IT and transformation projects (e.g. processing of securities and/or Raiffeisen banks)
• Supporting the development and expansion of uniform Group IT structures and components
• Coordination with the process / conception and specialist departments
• Coordination of strategic platform and transformation projects
• Support in the further development of specialist concepts

Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in economics and/or banking training, followed by several years of professional experience in private banking
• In-depth experience in the definition, optimization and implementation of processes within the Private Banking division
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications, especially Power-Point and Excel
• Initial experience in management consulting and/or process consulting, preferably at a preliminary stage
• Strong analytical skills as well as a quick grasp and the ability to provide and implement creative solutions and development contributions
• High level of commitment, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team combined with a pronounced sense of initiative, which sustainably underlines the commitment conveyed
• Willingness to undertake regular business trips
