Senior Consultant / Transaction Manager in Real Estate Investment Brokerage 70-100% (m/f/d)Tasks
- Market and location analysis of real estate and real estate portfolios
- Advice and consultation on real estate project development
- Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer
- Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships, as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events
- Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE and Julius Baer
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, architecture, engineering, or a related field
