Senior Consultant / Transaction Manager in Real Estate Investment Brokerage 70-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

Market and location analysis of real estate and real estate portfolios
Advice and consultation on real estate project development
Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer
Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships, as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events
Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE and Julius Baer

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, architecture, engineering, or a related field
