For its development and expansion in Switzerland, Julius Baer Real Estate is looking for a Senior Consultant / Transaction Manager in Real Estate Investment Brokerage.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Market and location analysis of real estate and real estate portfolios
• Consulting and support for real estate project development
• Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our Marketing Department and Julius Baer
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as participating in trade fairs and customer events
• Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE and Julius Baer

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, architecture, engineering, or a related field
