Your tasks

• Management of cross-divisional (sub-)projects such as the establishment of a content hub or the development of new content formats
• Close collaboration with various stakeholders such as product management, legal, IT, sponsoring team and corporate communications and agencies
• Planning, creating and publishing organic social media content on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• Community management: interacting with our target group, answering queries and monitoring comments
• Analysis and reporting of social media performance and derivation of optimization measures

Your profile

• At least five years of experience in content marketing, social media or a comparable position, ideally in the financial sector
• Excellent writing and communication skills as well as a flair for target group-specific content and storytelling
• Sound knowledge in the planning, creation and analysis of social media content
• Experience in managing projects, including coordinating stakeholders and meeting deadlines
• Confident in using common content and social media tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Brandwatch and ChatGPT
• Ability to analyze KPIs and make data-based decisions
• SEO-optimized writing & use of common SEO tools
