Senior Corporate Actions - Investment Funds Specialist

Job description

We are seeking an experienced team leader to head up our Corporate Actions team with a focus on fund assets. This is a unique opportunity to enter a dynamic environment and lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest standards in the management of corporate actions and coupons.

Tasks

The most important tasks include:

• Management and supervision of a team of 3 members within the Corporate Actions team (fund activities)
• Management of the processing and analysis of corporate action events received via SWIFT, paper, and Telekurs, with a special focus on funds
• Timely and accurate transmission of corporate actions notifications to client relationship officers (CROs)
• Execution of cash and share reallocations for all corporate action files
• Processing of instructions for voluntary events and forwarding of CRO instructions to custodian banks
• Booking and recording all corporate actions in the system in an appropriate manner
• Tracking all corporate actions-related issues, including inquiries from CROs and custodian banks
• Performing administrative tasks and daily checks to ensure process integrity and compliance

Requirements

The most important requirements include:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in corporate actions, ideally with a focus on funds
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle a heavy workload
• Highly motivated, efficient, and conscientious with a strong sense of autonomy
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in French and English
• Familiarity with the Temenos Globus core banking system is a strong advantage.
