Senior Credit Advisor - Real Estate H/F
As a Senior Credit Advisor - Real Estate, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing real estate financing dossiers and support the development and promotion of real estate financing offers for wealth managers and their clients. You are a key contact for clients, banks and internal teams in the structuring and implementation of real estate financing.

Charges
- Participation in the expansion of the Real Estate, Credit & Liquidity Solutions division, particularly in the area of commercial and industrial real estate financing
- Prosecution and defense of financing cases in the Credit Committee
- Follow-up of cases with banks and customers, as well as interventions at Group level
- Maintaining professional relationships with real estate experts (LUX, Netherlands), asset managers, real estate companies, debt advisors, etc.
- Autonomous processing of requests from wealth managers
- Analysis of real estate financing cases, preparation of term sheets and credit dossiers
- Interaction with central real estate finance teams to structure cases requiring a central arbitration process
- Presentation and follow-up of cases before the local or Group-wide credit committee
- Support for the credit officer through autonomous management of wealth managers
- Management of the contractual drafting of real estate loan agreements with external law firms and notaries
- Answering questions in connection with the valuation of assets in Luxembourg and coordinating expert opinions in other geographical regions
- Carrying out market observations in conjunction with experts and customers
- Ensuring compliance with real estate market regulations
- Development and promotion of the real estate financing offering to wealth managers and their clients
- Guidance and support for employees in the real estate sector within the bank
Requirements
- Degree: Bac + 5 / M2 or higher
- Field of study: Commerce, Economics & Law (Property/Notary's Office)
- At least 6-10 years experience
- Experience as a risk analyst (2nd line) with a commercial focus, maintaining high quality business relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the specificities of the French, Luxembourg and Dutch markets, the reference players in the sector and market practices
- Participation in placement or syndication cases
- Ability to independently develop mortgage financing solutions, and knowledge of legal, tax and regulatory issues for the appropriate handling of cases
- Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of teamwork to propose pragmatic and efficient solutions for clients, in compliance with banking values and professional ethics
