Senior Credit Analyst (m)
As a Senior Credit Analyst at LGT in Bendern, you will be responsible for the independent risk assessment and evaluation of selected high-risk credit transactions. You will prepare credit reports, monitor market conditions, and work closely with internal stakeholders and the Credit Committee.
Tasks
- Assessment of the Risks Associated with Customers and Business Opportunities
- Monitoring Market Conditions
- Analysis and Assessment of Credit Risks
- Preparation of Credit Reports
- Monitoring Compliance with Credit Limits and Credit Agreements
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Assistance in structuring loan terms and collateral
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and legal obligations for customer loan portfolios and loan books
- Collaboration with other departments such as Compliance, Legal, Controlling, and Internal Audit
- Participation in kick-off meetings and presentations to the Credit Committee
Requirements
- A college degree or equivalent education in banking and finance, business administration, business information systems, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a customer-facing role in lending or in personal finance and a comparable financial advisory position
- A good understanding of local and institutional requirements for borrowers and lending
- An independent and meticulous approach to work, combined with the ability to clearly communicate complex issues, identify interconnections, and facilitate a trusting and pragmatic solution for both sides through effective communication
- Excellent negotiation skills in credit agreements
