Senior Credit Officer - SME - Pros Immobilier - Individuals

Your Responsibilities

• To provide advance notice to the credit authorities and, if applicable, to prepare the credit documents.
• Participate in risk monitoring at the portfolio level for the most robust portfolios.
• Actively participate in the development of rules, tools, and procedures.
• Actively contribute to the training process for Associate Credit Officers (ACOs), interns, apprentices, and anyone involved in the continuing education process.

Votre profil

• Education in banking and business, supplemented by advanced vocational training (HES or degree in banking and finance).
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a credit analyst.
• A good understanding of the risks associated with loans and financing for income-producing properties.
• Rigor, analytical skills, and negotiation skills.
• Team spirit, communication skills, ability to set priorities, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in common computer programs, particularly Excel and Access.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German and/or English is a plus.
