Senior Credit Officer
As a Senior Credit Officer at Zuger Kantonalbank in Zug, you will be responsible for sustainable credit management, the evaluation of credit mandates, and proactive risk mitigation. The position requires a solid educational background, several years of experience in credit risk management, and an analytical, independent approach to work.
Your tasks
- Together with your team, you will ensure the sustainable credit management of Zuger Kantonalbank.
- Accurate and seamless financing also contributes to stable, innovative growth and supports the bank's continued development in terms of credit risk management.
- High-quality, professional simulations of loan decisions, each with its own level of complexity.
- Evaluation of credit mandates as part of the credit assessment and credit monitoring processes, as well as implementation of appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Proactively identifying more critical developments and formulating an appropriate plan of action.
- Support for the credit department and internal processes.
Our requirements
- A solid foundational education, followed by the completion of advanced studies leading to a Master's degree (Mgr.) or a general or equivalent qualification, preferably in the field of banking and financial services.
- Several years of experience in credit risk management and the financial services industry.
- Understanding and knowledge of complex financial services, particularly cash-flow-based financing.
- A structured, analytical approach to work, with good task organization and periods of uninterrupted focus.
- A proactive, responsible, and entrepreneurial mindset and approach to work.
- A strong focus on teamwork and customer service.
- A high degree of flexibility and the ability to work independently, combined with an openness to change.

- Competitive compensation: 12 months' salary and a performance-based bonus based on the achievement of bank-wide targets—which were previously a mix of annual and other targets—and calculated at 25%.
