Senior Cross-Asset Derivatives Sales (M/F)
The position of Senior Cross-Asset Derivatives Sales Specialist at Credit Agricole S.A. in Luxembourg involves developing client relationships and creating investment solutions for institutional clients. The ideal candidate should have 6–10 years of experience in finance and capital markets and possess a solid understanding of equities, foreign exchange, commodities, and derivative products.

Your role: Under the supervision of the Active Advisory desk manager and in collaboration with the other centers of expertise in Geneva, Monaco, Paris, and Brussels, you will actively contribute to developing cross-asset strategies, identifying OTC/IEX investment solutions, and designing products and structured products for Indosuez Wealth Management’s institutional clients. Your responsibilities will focus on a large private client base in Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain, and Italy:- Building a client portfolio: Your product expertise and in-depth knowledge of financial markets will enable you to initiate and structure cross-asset transactions, including complex OTC deals (foreign exchange, commodities, equities, and derivatives), and to develop value propositions for clients such as family offices, private investors, institutional investors, Tier 1, and Tier 2 clients.
- Analysis of the client portfolio and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations for portfolio management (hedging strategies, diversification, asset allocation).
Candidate criteria
- Education / Specialization: Master’s in Finance / Asset Management
- Minimum experience: 6–10 years
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the capital markets, with proven expertise in investment advisory services for high-net-worth clients.
- Required skills:
- Solid knowledge of the equity, FX, and commodities markets, as well as derivatives and risk management, along with the ability to advise on transactions across various asset classes.
- Proven ability to clearly explain complex products to non-technical clients.
- Strong business, analytical, and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stress effectively.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in office software, programming, and Bloomberg.
- Languages: French and English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
