Your role

As a Senior Developer (Order Management System) at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and further development of the global trading system (FIS Front Arena) and provide excellent services to all stakeholders at our international locations to create long-term value for the company.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and further development of the Order Management System (OMS)
• Work with the business to improve services or implement new requirements in related areas, including network
• Implementation and development of new integrations, market connections and functionalities within our Front Arena trading system
• Supporting the business in the automation of their daily work
• Work on improving system stability and performance

Your profile

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field or completed apprenticeship or similar banking training
• 3-5 years practical experience in Front Arena OMNI/AMS
• Industry-specific knowledge required
• Knowledge of automation, Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL required
• Basic knowledge of FIX-Protocol, Python, PowerShell, SQL required
• Knowledge of Front Arena PRIME/ADS an advantage
• Experience with support and maintenance
• Successful experience in Front Arena
• Ability to work with different stakeholders and work under pressure
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on responsibility
• Ability to lead and build through proper architectures
• Fluent in English; fluent in German an advantage
