Senior Developer

The role
- Responsibility for line management of the chapter, which includes all HR administration tasks and processes, including performance appraisal, role management
- Personnel recruitment (internal/external) taking into account the needs of the crew/pods
- Servant leadership, coaching and professional development of chapter members and ensuring the transfer of knowledge within the chapter
- Promoting uniform development standards and best practices for quality assurance
- Management of contracts and supplier relationships, as well as selective cooperation in the preparation of contracts
Requirements
- Successful university degree (business informatics or similar) or comparable higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in the technical management of agile development teams in the area of Java applications, APIs and business process management software, preferably in finance / credit type
- Extensive experience in software and ruleflow engineering
- Solid understanding of secure coding
- Strong sense of quality and responsibility
- Good language skills in German and English
