Tasks

• Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to continuously monitor IT quality and conduct regular audits and reviews.
• Identifying potential for improvement in existing quality processes and driving forward automation projects in the context of quality.
• Training and sensitizing the DevOps teams up to the code-technical level with regard to the importance of IT quality, promoting the exchange of best practices and establishing a uniform quality culture.
• Entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Team moderner Methoden und Techniken zur Qualitätssicherung und bringen diese mit Begeisterung den DevOps-Teams und deren Geschäftspartnern näher.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or similar.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in application development.
• Leitung für DevOps Methodik (CI/CD, Standardisierung & Automatisierung) und Bereitschaft, bis zur Code-Ebene neue Methoden auszuprobieren, sinnvolle Techniken zu adaptieren und zu vermitteln.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und insbesondere der.
• Conceptual, analytical skills, strong presentation skills and a quality-conscious personality.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
