**Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/d)**

Tasks

• Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to continuously monitor IT quality and conduct regular audits and reviews.
• Identifying potential for improvement in existing quality processes and driving forward automation projects in the context of quality.
• Training and sensitizing the DevOps teams up to the code-technical level with regard to the importance of IT quality, promoting the exchange of best practices and establishing a uniform quality culture.
• Develop modern methods and techniques for quality assurance and their implementation together with the team.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or similar.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in application development.
• Passion for DevOps methodology (CI/CD, standardization & automation) and willingness to try out new methods up to code level.
• Sound knowledge of software development.
• Conceptual, analytical skills, strong presentation skills and a quality-conscious personality.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
