Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/d)

Zürcher Kantonalbank is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for developing and implementing metrics and KPIs to monitor IT quality as well as promoting a quality culture in the DevOps teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in application development, DevOps methodologies and software development.

Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) 70% - 100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Professional experience

Tasks

  • Developing and implementing metrics and KPIs to continuously monitor IT quality and conducting regular audits and reviews.
  • Identifying potential for improvement in existing quality processes and driving forward automation projects in the context of quality.
  • Training and sensitizing the DevOps teams up to the code-technical level with regard to the importance of IT quality, promoting the exchange of best practices and establishing a uniform quality culture.
  • Develop modern methods and techniques for quality assurance together with the team and bring these enthusiastically to the DevOps teams and their business partners.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or similar
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in application development
  • Passion for DevOps methods (CI/CD, standardization & automation) and willingness to try out new methods up to the code level, adapt and teach useful techniques
  • Sound knowledge of software development and in particular the
  • Conceptual, analytical skills, strong presentation skills and a quality-conscious personality
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
