Tasks

• Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to continuously monitor IT quality and conduct regular audits and reviews.
• Identifying potential for improvement in existing quality processes and driving forward automation projects in the context of quality.
• Training and sensitizing the DevOps teams up to the code-technical level with regard to the importance of IT quality, promoting the exchange of best practices and establishing a uniform quality culture.
• You will work with us to develop modern methods and techniques for quality assurance and enthusiastically introduce these to our DevOps teams and their business partners.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or similar.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in application development.
• You have a passion for DevOps methods (CI/CD, standardization & automation) and are willing to try out new methods up to the code level, adapt and teach useful techniques.
• Sound knowledge of software development and in particular the.
• You score points with your conceptual, analytical skills, your strong presentation technique and your quality-conscious personality.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
