Your role

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be an experienced professional able to take a holistic perspective on our growing IT environment and provide guidance and advice on maintaining and improving development processes and tools.

Your tasks

• Writing and improving shell scripts to enable the optimization of CI/CD processes
• Enabling application deployment by checking and writing Openshift scripts
• Maintenance of development tools (build tools, IDEs, containers, etc.)
• Support developers during the development cycle in compliance with best practices and company standards, including the respective documentation
• Optimization and engineering of tools (logs, ETL, API management, NoSQL databases, etc.)
• Analysis and optimization of application scaling
• Carrying out root cause analyses

Your profile

• University degree (university/university of applied sciences) in any IT field or completed apprenticeship or similar banking training
• At least 3 years of practical experience as a DevSecOps Engineer
• Practical experience with at least one CI/CD tool (preferably: Azure DevOps) as well as with Kubernetes (preferably: Openshift), containerization and shell scripts
• Experience as a developer (preferably with Microsoft .NET) and experience with at least one of the following technologies: Elasticsearch; MongoDB; Redis; Kafka; any API management tool
• Ability to analyze system environments with a holistic view
• Practical setting
• Fluency in English
