• Management of projects at the interface between economics and technology with high strategic complexity or scientific demands;
• Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Vertretung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen gegenüber dem Management;
• Fachliche Ausrichtung eines Thementeam unter Berücksichtigung unterschiedlicher Informationsquellen, Projektergebnisse und wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse;
• Representation of the team on specialist committees within and outside the SNB;
• Preparation of briefings, presentations and publications.

Your knowledge and experience:

• Proven experience in policy or strategy consulting and working with decision makers and committees;
• Proven experience in the management of complex projects;
• Sound knowledge of financial market or central bank-specific topics and ideally of financial market infrastructures and payment transactions;
• Master oder Doktortitel in einem wirtschafts- oder gesellschaftswissenschaftlichen Fach und Erfahrung im wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten;
• High analytical and conceptual skills;
• High social competence, confident demeanor, awareness of change and strong ability to cooperate and work in a team;
• Confident communication in German or French as well as in English.
