Senior Engineer - CRM (Customer Lifecycle)

Tasks

- Design and implementation of scalable solutions in Dynamics 365/CE/CRM Powerplatform and Azure, including AI capabilities such as AI Builder and CoPilot Studio, and Azure, including custom workflow activities, JavaScript UI extensions, and PowerAutomate flows - Creating and managing integrations using Azure Functions and API Management - Configuring and securing Azure infrastructure for integration scenarios - Ensuring high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage - Collaborating with SRE, security, and platform teams to ensure resilience, observability, and compliance - Taking ownership of the full development cycle—from conception to production - Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and PowerPlatform, including plug-in and UI customizations
• Strong Azure engineering skills, particularly with:
  • Azure Functions
  • API management
  • ARM Management
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and secure cloud architecture
• Experience working with sensitive data (e.g., PII) in regulated environments
• Proactive attitude with a passion for problem solving and promoting collaboration
• Agile, MVP-driven approach and curiosity about new technologies
