Senior Engineer - CRM (Customer Lifecycle)

Tasks

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and operation of our Dynamics 365/CRM system. Your tasks will include:

• Development of scalable solutions in Dynamics 365/CRM Powerplatform and Azure, including artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities such as AI Builder and CoPilot Studio
• Creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, custom workflow activities, JavaScript UI extensions, and PowerAutomate flows
• Creating and managing integrations with Azure Functions and API Management
• Configuring and securing Azure infrastructures for integration scenarios
• Ensuring high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage
• Collaborate with SRE, security, and platform teams to ensure resilience, observability, and compliance
• Taking responsibility for the entire development life cycle—from conception to production
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced engineer with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365/CRM and PowerPlatform, including plug-in and UI customizations
• Strong Azure engineering skills, particularly with Azure Functions, API Management, and API Management
• Independent responsibility for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and secure cloud architecture
• Experience with sensitive data (e.g., PII) in regulated environments
• Proactive attitude with a passion for problem solving and collaboration
• Agile, MVP-driven approach and curiosity about new technologies
