Senior Engineer & Scrum Master, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Responsibilities - Scrum Master

• Empower agile team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate, and drive improvements in practices, processes, and mindset to deliver value effectively
• Support the Product Owner in applying effective product and backlog management techniques
• Organize and facilitate releases, events, and artifacts across the agile team
• Support the leadership and Agile Coach with ceremonies such as Program Increment (PI) Planning and OVS Demos
• Proactively remove obstacles and impediments for the team
• Resolve conflicts and issues within the agile team
• Enable organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement through agile increments and an open feedback culture
• Coach and support agile team members as they grow and develop
• Work closely with the Agile Coach and leadership to encourage and empower the Agile team
• Serve as a role model and foster agile behaviors, creating a psychologically safe environment that promotes transparency and constructive challenge

Responsibilities - Senior Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain software modules while ensuring compliance with software engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Produce robust software builds from source code that meet defined performance and security criteria
• Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and compliance with coding standards
• Conduct system integration tests, diagnose faults, and test container environments as part of continuous software builds and efficiency initiatives
• Use the latest development methodologies to innovate and improve the software delivery process
• Contribute to architectural and system design decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Mentor junior engineers, share software engineering best practices and domain knowledge
