Senior Expert, Marketing Effectiveness and Performance, 100% (f/m/d)
Julius Baer is seeking a Senior Expert in Marketing Effectiveness and Performance in Zurich who will be responsible for developing strategies, measuring campaign effectiveness, and optimizing marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Lead performance reporting and dashboards
- Drive test-and-learn and continuous improvement
- Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations
- Collaborate across marketing teams and agency partners
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, analytics, business administration, or a related field
- Additional qualifications in marketing analytics, data science, and market research are a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Technical Skills
- Expertise in measuring marketing effectiveness and evaluating campaign performance
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with analytics, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau)
