Senior Financial Risk Specialist

Job description

Tasks

• You develop, design and monitor risk indicators and models and are involved in the further development of risk management.
• You prepare presentations for senior management, the Executive Board and the Board of Directors as well as for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• German (business fluent), English (good knowledge)
• Completed studies (esp. ETH, FH, HFP) in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, banking & finance or comparable training
• At least 7 years experience in:
• Quantification, monitoring and management of financial risks (credit, interest rate, market and liquidity risks)
• Several years of professional and/or function-specific work experience in a credit risk analysis / liquidity risk department in the financial industry
• Project experience, ability and willingness to take on responsibility and to develop a variety of tasks independently
• Resilience and stamina to deal with complex data and issues
• Programming skills (R, Python or other)
