- Providing comprehensive, needs-based advice to customers, companies, and entrepreneurs on topics such as retirement planning, pensions, assets, taxes, and business succession.
- Create financial, pension, and tax plans, as well as wage vs. dividend comparisons
- Actively and creatively developing the market and thus opening up new segments
- Participate in the creation and implementation of internal training courses and presentations as well as customer events
