- Provide comprehensive, tailored advice to clients (particularly in the Private Banking, Key Clients, and S&E segments) on retirement planning, pensions, wealth management, and taxes - Develop complex financial, pension, and tax plans - Help design and deliver internal training sessions, presentations, and client events

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a financial planner
• Experience in pension plan optimization (1a), salary vs. dividend comparisons, and tax optimization
• Professional development as a Certified Financial Planner, Financial Planning Specialist, and MAS in Financial Consulting
• Enjoy interacting with people and have the ability to inspire customers
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and solution- and results-oriented, with strong practical skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial matters in a way that is understandable, simple, and clear
