Tasks

As a Senior Fixed Income Analyst / Fund Manager, you will be responsible for:

• St. Galler Kantonalbank’s interest rate forecast, ranging from the analysis of macroeconomic trends to the preparation of our interest rate forecasts, and extending to the implementation of our internal guidelines and external recommendations.
• Managing our bond portfolios in CHF and EUR with the goal of meeting the requirements of our investment strategy and our commitment to delivering above-average performance for our clients over the long term.
• Active participation in analytical forecasting and contribution to the further development of strategic directions.
• Writing well-researched market commentary, expert articles, and presentations for the bank’s internal and external communications channels.
• Close collaboration with experienced specialists from a wide range of departments, as well as close support for our internal stakeholders.

For this position, you will need:

• Personal Qualities: High level of expertise, strong analytical skills, and a passion for collaborating in interdisciplinary teams.
• Requirements: A solid educational background and several years of professional experience in the fixed-income sector.
