Senior Front-End Developer – React 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of high-performance web applications using React.js, component creation, state management, and integration with backend services.
• Work closely with product owners, UX/designers, backend developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into efficient, testable, and production-ready features.
• Promotion of best practices in software engineering—including principles for clean code, unit and integration testing with Jest and React Testing Library, and automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and stability.
• Leading technical discussions and contributing to architectural decisions related to state management (Redux, Context API), component design, routing, performance optimization, and front-end security.
• Building reusable UI components and design systems to promote consistency and accelerate development across multiple platforms.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and performance benchmarks.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex front-end issues related to rendering, memory leaks, bundling size optimization, or cross-browser compatibility.
• Promoting agile and DevOps practices by integrating feedback loops, monitoring tools, and observability into front-end workflows.
• Mentoring junior engineers through pair programming, constructive feedback, and knowledge-sharing sessions on front-end trends, patterns, and secure development practices.
• Staying up to date on emerging technologies and industry advancements in front-end ecosystems to continuously improve development processes and application skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; a degree in an advanced field is preferred.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in software development, including at least 4 years focusing on React.js-based front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, ES6+, Webpack, and ecosystem libraries (e.g., Redux, Redux Router, Axios, Styled Components).
• In-depth knowledge of core web technologies: DOM manipulation, event handling, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library), version control (Git), and CI/CD integrations.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures, Module Federation (Webpack 5), and monorepo setups (Nx, Turborepo) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of front-end performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies, CDN management).
