Job Title

• Senior Front-End (React) Developer – Financial Platforms 100%
• Contract with our external payroll partner, starting immediately for 12 months, with the possibility of extension

Tasks

• Take responsibility for complex front-end solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability
• Close collaboration with UX/UI designers and business partners to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Delivery of high-quality, production-ready React and TypeScript code for complex financial applications
• Addressing advanced front-end challenges such as state management, performance optimization, and integration with distributed back-end systems
• Proactive refactoring and modernization of existing codebases as needed
• Support for troubleshooting and root cause analysis in development and production environments
• Active participation in an agile, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment

Profile

• Extensive, hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong focus on React at the enterprise level
• In-depth understanding of modern front-end ecosystems, tools, and frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar tools)
• Proven experience working with design systems and large, shared component libraries
• In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and Bash scripting
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) is a plus
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of API security, OAuth, and related standards (experience in the financial services industry, particularly in highly regulated sectors, is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to influence the technical direction
• Proven ability to thrive in agile, cross-functional teams
