Senior Full-Stack .NET Core/Angular Engineer (100%) (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Core/Angular Engineer for a 12-month permanent position with the possibility of extension in Zurich. The successful candidate will be part of a team working on the development of software solutions for wealth management and should have experience in software engineering, Agile methodologies, and DevOps.
Tasks
- Participate in planning and feature refinement meetings with your team
- Collaborate with solution architects to design software solutions that align with the overall architectural vision
- Actively participate in our software engineering communities to share knowledge and help others
- Delivering high-quality code that complies with guidelines and standards
Your profile
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant professional experience
- Experience in the banking and finance industry, particularly in investment and asset management
- Experience in software development using industry standards, such as test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)
- Understanding of agile methods and DevOps; agile certifications are a plus
- An understanding of DevOps concepts, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD), and the importance and value of automated testing
- Can-do attitude, pragmatic, open-minded, and with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to learn new ways of working and to support Julius Baer in its transformation
- Strong organizational skills, well-organized and reliable, with an independent and hands-on approach
- Excellent English skills (C1/C2)
