Senior Fund Accountant

Job description

LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited provides fund services primarily to private equity funds. The firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Fund Accountant to join a dedicated team focused on providing a high quality service to its clients. The successful candidate will gain a broad range of experience in the administration of regulated private equity companies.

Tasks

• Maintenance and improvement of financial models
• Management of the annual financial statements

Under the supervision of the Fund Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of private equity funds, including:

• Maintaining and improving financial models
• Management of the annual financial statements

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fund accounting role required (2+ years)
• Experience with Investran desirable
• Degree in Accounting - ACA or ACCA (partially qualified or interested in this qualification)
• Degree in an economics subject
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Computer skills and competence in MS Word and Excel
