Senior FX/PM Options Trader

Job description

We are looking for a Senior FX/PM Options Trader to join our globally integrated trading team.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Monitoring of FX/PM option portfolios during New York trading hours
• Providing accurate and competitive pricing for client-driven trades in FX and PM options, including vanilla, exotic, and structured products
• Execution of PM Comex futures and options trades as part of overall hedging strategies
• Monitoring of trading cycles, including barrier events and maturities
• Ensuring effective handover and cooperation between trading centers
• Monitoring global market developments, economic data releases, and geopolitical events
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external counterparties, brokers, and liquidity providers

Requirements

The requirements are:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in FX and PM options trading at a major financial institution
• Proven success in generating profits, hedging strategies, and real-time risk management
• Direct experience in CME (Comex) futures and options trading, particularly in gold and silver contracts
• Good understanding of volatility surfaces, skew dynamics, and pricing models for vanilla and exotic structures
• Analytical skills and comfort managing multiple correlated risks under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not required
• Team-oriented with a constructive and positive attitude
