Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior FX/PM Tester & Business Analyst to join our agile team within the GPS Platform Transformation Delivery organization.

Tasks

• Test management and execution for the agile team, focus on FX/PM test page connection solutions
• Identification and development of missing documentation and processes to complete end-to-end workflows
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and team to deliver short-term and strategic initiatives while supporting and maintaining current solutions at the highest level
• Collaborate with testing communities and experts to drive and support best testing practices, methodologies and processes within GPS Platform Transformation
• Apply specialist knowledge of FX market conventions and standards, such as FIX protocol, to inform testing approaches and identify potential issues
• Apply knowledge of FX trading workflows, including order management, trade entry and confirmation, to design and execute comprehensive tests
• Apply the Agile framework and OAM methodology to ensure efficient and effective testing practices
• Testing of in-house developed applications and vendor-based applications using market standardized testing tools such as Jira, Xray, Selenium and Tosca

Requirements

• Experience as a quality assurance tester in the financial industry with a focus on FX and PM and other capital market products
• Expert knowledge of FX and PM financial products, including cash and derivatives markets, and their associated trading workflows and market standards
• Ideal: several years of experience in the integration of Bloomberg FXGO, 360T and FXAll services
• Familiarity with testing in-house developed applications and vendor-based applications (Digitec D-3 and SmartTrade)
• Excellent knowledge of functional and workflow-based system design, especially in multi-system environments
• Positive mindset with a "can-do" attitude and strong motivation to acquire new technical and functional skills
• Self-motivated, able and willing to work in a high performing team
