Tasks

• Shaping our regulatory positioning through independent analysis of complex Swiss banking regulations and developing effective advocacy materials on issues that could have a material impact on our strategy and business as well as on clients, investors and employees
• Work closely with senior leaders in regulatory strategy, finance, legal and government affairs to align advocacy efforts with our business priorities
• Act as an interface between subject matter experts and government affairs advisors to translate technical insights into effective advocacy content

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, finance or a related field; management skills are an advantage
• At least 8 years of experience in this field
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Very good written and oral German language skills
• Hardworking, trustworthy, committed
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Motivated to work in a business with policy analysis, data science or data
