As a Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) for the IT department, you are the central point of contact for HR-relevant topics and support managers in strategic and operational HR issues. You will take responsibility for HR support in the IT department and manage the implementation of HR instruments.

Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) for the IT departmentTasks:
- Responsibility for HR support in the IT department in all HR-relevant topics
- Sparring partner for the management and leadership team on strategic and operational HR issues
- Advising managers in complex management situations, particularly in the areas of conflict and change management, addiction prevention and time off
- Management and implementation of central HR instruments such as controlling or annual employee appraisals and feedback
- Management and support of HR instruments such as compensation management and employee surveys
- Co-design and implementation of HR instruments to regulate organizational change - with a focus on transformation, cultural change and further development
Requirements:
- Higher business education and/or further training in HR
- Excellent conceptual skills and experience in planning and implementing HR projects
- Experience in accompanying transformation processes, combined with change competence and the ability to implement strategic initiatives in order to have an impact on the organization
- Strong understanding of IT and experience working with IT professionals in modern, technology-driven organizations
- Proven communication and consulting skills, coupled with networked thinking, diplomatic skills and a high level of social competence
