Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) for the IT department

Tasks

• Responsibility for HR support of the business units in the IT department in all HR-relevant topics
• Sparring partner for the management team on strategic and operational HR issues
• Advising managers in complex leadership situations, particularly in the areas of conflict and change management, addiction prevention and leadership and leave of absence
• Management and implementation of central HR management and control instruments, such as controlling and reporting
• Management and deputy responsibility Compensation management and employee surveys
• Co-design and implementation of HR instruments to regulate organizational change - with a focus on transformation, cultural change and transformation

Requirements

• Higher business education and/or further training in HR
• Excellent conceptual skills and experience in planning and implementing HR projects
• Experience in accompanying transformation processes, familiar with change competence and implementation competence strong to effectively implement strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of IT and experience in using IT tools in modern technology-driven organizations
• Proven communication and consulting skills, coupled with networked thinking, diplomatic skills and a high level of social competence
