Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) for the IT department

As a Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) for the IT department, you will be responsible for HR support for business units in the IT department and support managers in strategic and operational HR issues. You will also advise on complex management situations and manage the implementation of HR instruments.

Tasks

  • Responsibility for HR support of the business units in the IT department in all HR-relevant topics
  • Sparring partner for the management team on strategic and operational HR issues
  • Advising managers in complex leadership situations, particularly in the areas of conflict and change management, addiction prevention and leadership and leave of absence
  • Management and implementation of central HR management and control instruments, such as controlling and reporting
  • Management and deputy responsibility Compensation management and employee surveys
  • Co-design and implementation of HR instruments to regulate organizational change - with a focus on transformation, cultural change and transformation

Requirements

  • Higher business education and/or further training in HR
  • Excellent conceptual skills and experience in planning and implementing HR projects

  • Strong understanding of IT and experience in using IT tools in modern technology-driven organizations
