The Julius Baer Group is seeking a (Senior) HR Project & Process Lead as maternity cover for 12 months to lead global promotion processes and strategic talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in human resources or human capital consulting and be experienced in implementing and managing promotion processes and talent management initiatives.

(Senior) HR Project & Process Lead - Full-time (f/m/d) Maternity Leave Replacement - 12 MonthsTasks
- Monitoring of the global promotion process, with a particular focus on managing the senior promotion process for 2026/2027
- Management of strategic talent initiatives, e.g., internal mobility, internal talent market
- Leadership, support, and active participation in various projects within the People, Brand & Marketing unit
- Close collaboration with colleagues who are driving these issues forward
Requirements
Personal & social

- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability
Professional & technical
- Master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in human capital consulting or an equivalent professional consulting environment, or 4–6 years of experience in HR project roles within the financial industry
- Experience in implementing and managing promotion processes, internal mobility, and talent acquisition processes
- Confidence in dealing with department heads and employees of different hierarchical levels and personalities in an international environment
- Proficiency in Workday and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (in particular)
