(Senior) HR Project & Process Lead

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a (Senior) HR Project & Process Lead as a 12-month maternity cover to lead global promotion processes and strategic talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in human resources or consulting and be experienced in implementing and managing promotion processes and talent management initiatives.

Job description

We are seeking a highly committed and proactive professional to temporarily take responsibility for all key operational aspects of global promotion processes, in particular promotion processes for executives and other initiatives such as internal mobility or internal talent market.

Tasks

  • Monitoring of the global promotion process, with a particular focus on the promotion of executives in 2026/2027
  • Implementation of strategic talent initiatives, such as internal mobility and internal talent market
  • Management, support, and active participation in various projects within the People, Brand & Marketing department
  • Close collaboration with colleagues who are driving these issues forward

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or an equivalent professional consulting environment, or 4-6 years of experience in HR project roles within the financial industry
  • Experience in implementing and managing promotion processes, internal mobility, and talent market processes
  • Confidence in dealing with department heads and employees of different hierarchical levels and personalities in an international environment
  • Professional user of Workday and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel or VBA)
