(Senior) HR Project & Process Lead

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a (Senior) HR Project & Process Lead as maternity cover for 12 months to lead global promotion processes and strategic talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in human resources or human capital consulting and be experienced in implementing and managing promotion processes and talent management initiatives.

Tasks

  • Monitoring of the global promotion process, with a particular focus on managing the senior promotion process for 2026/2027
  • Management of strategic talent initiatives, such as internal mobility and internal talent market
  • Leadership, support, and active participation in various projects within the People, Brand & Marketing unit
  • Close collaboration with colleagues who are driving these issues forward

  • Passion for developing talent and unlocking potential
  • Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability

Professional & technical

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or an equivalent professional consulting environment, or 4-6 years of experience in HR project roles within the financial industry
  • Experience in implementing and managing promotion processes, internal mobility, and talent market processes
  • Confidence in dealing with department heads and employees of different hierarchical levels and personalities in an international environment
  • Confident use of Workday and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (in particular)
