Senior HR Project / Process Manager
As a Senior HR Project & Process Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be responsible for independently leading initiatives and projects for Group Human Resources and supporting the monitoring and improvement of existing processes. As Senior HR Project & Process Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will be responsible for independently leading initiatives and projects for Group Human Resources and supporting the monitoring and improvement of existing processes together with the Head HR Analytics & Projects.Your responsibilities
- Independent management, development and implementation of initiatives and projects for Group Human Resources
- Monitoring and improving existing processes and adapting them to new requirements in collaboration with the HR management team
- Actively advise and support HR teams in analyzing and redefining the current HR system, tools and process landscape
- As a senior sparring partner, you ensure a holistic approach to problem solving and targeted communication with the company and the HR organization
- Proactively identify, initiate and implement proposals and ideas to optimize HR services with your creative, conceptual and negotiation skills
- Abstract complex issues and create concise presentations and clearly structured process diagrams
Your profile
- University degree (University / FH)
- 5 years of practical experience in HR project and process management, ideally in the financial industry
- Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of additional data processing and/or visualization tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to weigh and prioritize issues
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player with hands-on mentality and collaborative ability to work independently
- Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
