Senior HR Specialist

Schwyzer Kantonalbank is looking for a Senior HR Specialist for an 80-100% position in Schwyz to support with administrative matters, HR controlling and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training and/or recognized further training in HR and have at least 5 years' experience in a comparable position.

Job description

Tasks

  • As a competent contact person for our employees and managers, you provide support with administrative matters or questions about payroll accounting, time recording and HR systems
  • HR controlling: With a good feel for numbers, you will take on HR controlling tasks, create regular reports and support us in making data-driven decisions
  • Processes & services: You analyze and optimize our processes and documents and thus ensure the continuous further development of our services and processes

Requirements

  • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship and/or recognized further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist or social insurance specialist with a federal certificate) and at least 5 years' experience in a comparable position
  • You are an independent, flexible and resilient person with a strong team spirit
  • With your exceptional service and service orientation, you always maintain an overview
