Job description
Tasks
- Handling offboarding processes for employees, including providing necessary documents and information to employees and line managers, such as employment references
- Maintenance and monitoring of complete and accurate employee data, payment-related information, and personnel files
- Responding to inquiries and providing information and simple advice on everyday HR matters, such as benefits and terms of employment, absences, working hours, and personal changes, as the first point of contact for employees
- Close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Consultants in managing HR processes and communicating with operational teams within Human Resources
- Ensuring periodic reporting on onboarding/offboarding activities
- Acting as deputy to the HR Support Services team leader for all onboarding/offboarding matters
- Continuous optimization of support tools and administrative processes within HR Support Services and participation in HR projects

Professional and technical
- Relevant education and professional experience in HR, additional HR-specific training such as "Certified HR Specialist with Federal Diploma"
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role (5+ years)
- Ability to handle high volumes, well organized, and adaptable to changing priorities in daily business
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
