Senior HROS Specialist (100%)
The Senior HROS Specialist supports the daily operations of Vontobel across all business units by acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and providing HR services. The focus is on processing employee requests, maintaining employee data and executing HR processes.
Job description
Tasks
- Responding to queries from employees and managers about HR services, policies and systems
- Maintenance of employee data and files in the HR system (Workday)
- Focus on day-to-day HR operations and delivery of HR services, including correspondence with employees, managers and employment authorities
- Sharing knowledge and experience with team members and across HR, contributing to the knowledge base
- Maintenance of the HR ticketing system and continuous improvement of its knowledge database
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a commercial/professional role within an international organization; experience in an international HR organization/HR service center is an advantage
- Understanding of Swiss HR processes, tools and labor laws
- HR training, such as a certified HR specialist with a federal diploma or HR assistant ("Personlassistent/-in") is an advantage
- High level of IT and process affinity (good MS Office skills and knowledge of a large HCM system such as Workday)
- Very good knowledge of English and German, native speaker or fluent; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills, high customer orientation, autonomy, positive team spirit
