Senior IAM Analyst

Man Group is looking for an experienced Senior IAM Analyst to support the company's Identity and Access Management team and take on responsibilities such as managing identities, access rights, and lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in identity and access management and a strong knowledge of IAM concepts, Active Directory, and regulatory frameworks.

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Build Operations - Performing daily tasks and managing provisioning requests as part of a defined team rotation
  • Solutions and Change - Collaborate with Identity (IDM) and Service Delivery teams to ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Lifecycle Management - Monitoring the entire identity lifecycle to ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Stakeholder engagement—partnering with HR, IT, and business units to translate requirements into effective IAM solutions
  • Access Control - Development and enforcement of access control policies, procedures, and standards that comply with best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Access Reviews & Certification - Support for periodic access reviews and certification campaigns with stakeholders
  • Audit Support - Providing evidence of controls for internal and external audits; remediating findings and complying with regulatory requirements
  • Process improvement - Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline IAM processes
  • Onboarding - Supporting the onboarding of applications, systems, and service accounts in IAM with product and project teams
  • Documentation & Reporting - Maintain comprehensive IAM documentation; generate regular metrics and performance data
  • Privileged Access Management - Support for the management and monitoring of privileged accounts to ensure the principle of least privilege

Requirements

Essential requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in identity and access management
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts; RBAC; ABAC; SSO; MFA; federation protocols (SAML; oAuth; OpenID)
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP directory services
  • Knowledge of access governance principles, segregation of duties (SoD), and least privilege models
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks, e.g., GDPR; GRC; NIST; ISO27001/2009
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and technical expertise
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable requirements:
  • Background in the financial services or highly regulated industry
  • Experience with platforms such as SailPoint/IdentityNow; Savyint; One Identity Manager
  • Experience with privileged access management tools such as BeyondTrust; CyberArk
  • Understanding user information security concepts in connection with IAM
  • Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell; Python)
