Overview

Tasks

• IAM System Implementation: Participation in the planning, design, configuration and implementation of the IAM system
• Threat Identification: Analysis, development and resolution of IAM-related problems and challenges in connection with the development and onboarding of new functions, workflows and applications
• Identity and Access Monitoring and Auditing: Regular monitoring and maintenance of access rights to identify unauthorized access and unattended vulnerabilities
• Threat Modeling and Vulnerability Management: Identification of threats and potential security vulnerabilities
• Collaboration: Working with IT and business partners to understand IAM requirements and translate these into functional requirements
• Support: Providing assistance and training to users on IAM policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IAM or a related field
• Strong expertise in SailPoint Security and preferably IDM/IGA
• Strong experience in the design, implementation and configuration of workflows, onboarding applications, ZML processes, recertifications and integration with third-party apps and technologies (APIs, LDAP, SQL, Web Services)
• Problem solving skills: Strong logical and analytical problem solving skills
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Regulatory awareness: familiarity with relevant laws and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA etc. is an advantage

Certifications

• Relevant certifications, e.g. CISSP, CISM or CISSP are an advantage
